v1.2b released. This one just includes bugfixes.

- Bugfix : fixed character duplication when multiple characters attack a competitor with 0 health.
- Bugfix : fixed competitors not being attackable when the game was loaded.
- Bugfix : fixed defeated competitors from being re-spawned as competitors with 0 health.
- When loaded, the game will now remove any competitors that had 0 health when saved.
- Updated hover text for Constitution and Level stats to reflect their updated effects.
